my ipod keeps on resetting. what should i do???

i just formatted my iPod and this is what happens

i tried to connect it with my computer but the computer cannot detect my iPod even if it is in disk mode.
i really need to fix it asap!

Make sure you have the most up to date software from the apple website. Mine was crashing a lot, and the updates helped.

I herd on the new that there was virus going aroung on ipod

i think the new itunes is bunk mines been doing wierd stuff did you downlad the new version?
