I hope the most honest, "for the people" candidates win. The candidates that will tell the national parties to "go to hell" when the national parties try to dictate what it means to be a "Democrat" (higher minimum wage, pro-abortion, pro-gay, higher taxes, etc. are all bad ideas) or "Republican" (good business is the true "economic God" even if jobs go overseas and CEOs rack up millions while the rest of us lose our jobs), pure deregulation is wonderful, people receiving social services are bad so cut funding for medicaid, medicare, deficit spending is fine.... -- also bad ideas)
How about candidates that think for themselves? and vote the issues that sustain middle America not huge corporate America. That think that a cap on punitive damages for attorneys is appropriate, and any number of issues that Congress refuses to deal with because of special interests?
That's who I would like to see win in Ohio. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like many of those candidates are still in the running.

N.E. ohio has been pretty much ruled by the democrates for years . Everything in sight is taxed and taxed again , business and industry either left or leaving , jobs gone , the people moving out .
Akron has 55 school buildings and half the kids needed to fill them. Will they close any , no, just make classes smaller and keep the teachers union voting democrate .
The lesson for all politicians is simple .
You can't milk a cow endlessly without killing it .

We need Democrats back in if we can turn Ohio around. Once my home city was called the best location in the nation, Now it's the mistake on the lake. Vote Democratic. I am from Cleveland

With any luck Democrats will win. I can't afford many more Republicans controlling Ohio.

The Republicans pulled their funding for Mike Dewine so I'm guessing this one goes to the Democrats.

Sherrod Brown never responds to my emailed concerns. So I don't like him. However, I'm not a super huge fan of Mike Dewine, either. So vote for me!
