I don't think either is healthy in a relationship that isn't permanent. Try some games or costumes before you bring in a third person.

Neither is better. If you can't make it work between you, another person will not help. I can't imagine watching my wife with another man, nor could she endure watching me with another girl. And if by some chance it does work, what next ? If that other person isn't available, do you do nothing ? Do you continue with the '' simple sex life ''? What if ANY of the people involved start having feelings for another ? The invited decides that they like one of the others ? One of you think, ''wow, this person is great . Now I know why our sex life is simple ''. Can your relationship stand the test ? I wouldn't want to find out.

You are treading on dangerous ground. Do you really want to be bumping heads with another man? Now here is the other question if you pick a woman (or man): What do you do if she like sex with them better than with you? You may be able to compete with a man, but you can't compete with another woman. So if she likes better with another female, you just lost your woman. Threesomes are not something you do with the woman you love, that is a can of worms best left closed.

For you both if you really love each other and want long term relations none is better or i should say none is good. But if you are just friends for enjoyment you can have both of them , I mean one man and one women, but have it in mind that the sex relations between you two will not be the same as now after that game.

You're playing with fire, be extra careful. That's a completely personal choice between the two of you. Are you the type of guy that can handle another man in the bed with you because a lot of guys can't and that could be the deciding factor. Can she stomach the thought of being with another woman or is this something she wants to do?

Maybe try both. I am not in to sharing my man at all so I don't know from personal experience. This one guy that i know said that he had done it with another man before and he didn't like it because he could feel his balls the whole time. Maybe it would be different if you switch.

Don't bring another man into it. A woman would be better. Why? Men don't have the sincerity that woman do. Sorry guys, but true.

Why on earth do you need a third party involved to make things exciting....both of you should be more adventurous with each other....bringing anyone else will only introduce problems.

neither in my opinion. there are other things to spice up your sex life. Inviting another person in your bedroom is inviting jealousy.
