No, it won't be on Saturday.

The time change for "winter time" will occur at 03.00 which will become 02.00, next sunday (29/10).

A "nice" night to go out, 'cause some places have to stay open for an extra hour !!!! Too bad, it's not Halloween's night ! ;-)

The clocks go back across most - if not all - of Western Europe at the same time, which is this Sunday 29th October. This is Saturday night/Sunday morning. This includes France.
