My son is 11 years old, he has had pain in his right testicle, it started about an two hours ago and he was bent over in pain, i gave him a couple of paracetamols to see if that would ease the pain, i did ease it and he seems a little better. He said it hurt to even touch the right testicle and I have no idea what it is, could anybody tell me if this is normal for an 11 year old boy or serious being a women does not help in this situation. Some advice please

Sounds like "torsion". He will need to see a doctor and if it is torsion, a small operation can fix this. Take him to a doctor URGENTLY.

Torsion is when the testicle twists in the scrotum and the worst case scenario is that the blood supply is cut off and the testicle will be irreperably damaged

His testicle may have become twisted. I would have a Dr examine him ASAP. I don't think it's normal for a testicle to cause that much pain, and it would be awful if something was going on that may impair his fertility down the road. Good luck!

Please, take your son to a medical doctor and have a physical. I have a 14 yr old son and although he has never had testical pain, I would not delay in taking him to a physician for a condition such as this. Better safe than sorry. Hope all goes well.

Don't delay, you need the Doctor to see him as a matter of urgency. Pack some supplies ready in case he is sent to Hospital. This happened to my nephew and he had to have a small operation. Whatever you do, don't panic because this will frighten your son.

Unless he was physically struck in this area then there is no reason for him to be in pain. Take him to a doctor today.

I would advise you bring him to the doctor, he might hurt it while playing without knowing it.

He needs looser pants and should wear boxers. He is falling out and getting pinched.
