Im 15 and would really like to go live in america when im older, i would also like to be educated voer there aswell. What's the best way about getting an scholarship? (I'm from England)

Decide where you'd like to live and what school you'd like to study at and then go to their websites. The more prestigious the school, the better your chances are for getting a slot. They set aside scholarships for just this thing - in order to have a more diverse student body. Hope you get it!

the best way to get any scholarship,anywhere,is to showcase ur talent n best way.....
u must have some good scoresheets,alongwith some meaningful project work which shows your passion and your abilities to succeed.
But first of all u need to figure out.....what exactly u want to do.......coz its meaningless to travel overseas,without having longterm,as well as,short term goals.
