Their are no wasps in the nest in winter, just remove them in what ever way is easy for you.

Wait til its really cold and knock the nest down, did you know wasp hate cabbage, had a nest in garage and cut a cabbage into and stuck it on a nail, no more wasp.

I think wasps die of in the winter and the grubs hatch in the spring and leave the nests to start new colonies

Whatever you do, dont attempt it yourself. There are many thousands of wasps in a nest and if they get wind of you trying to destroy them they will attack. I have a nest but they are dying off, so maybe leave until the Spring and get it all sprayed then.

Wait till its night and all the wasps have gone back to the nest, then spray the nest with insect killer.

You can sprinkle ant powder around the entrance. The wasps take it in with them and kills off the rest inside too. I was told this by professional, tried it and it worked. Good luck

Yes you can.just go to the local supermarket and get a can of wasp killer and spray it..make sure your ready to run just in case

Wasps serve a useful purpose so providing they are not doing you any harm live & let live,if they are in a troublesome spot & there isn`t a way of avoiding the situ then after 4.00 or dusk put Cyanide down there it`s available under license see your local farmer.
