Yes, if you leave the country for at least a day (i.e. you leave and do not return until the following day), your 90 days will start again. However, remember that 90 days is the maximum that immigration guards can give - they can give to give you less if they wish so read your passport stamp properly.

I jost got back from Moz,
you get your 90 visa on entry, so besically as many times as you wanna pay for the visa, you can restart your 90 days!

A multiple entry visa allows you multiple entry. A 90 day visa should also allow you re-entry.

The laws that be in most countries are virtually the same so providing you are out for at least one day there shoudn`t be a problem it would be easier though to get an extention if they do that there? to save you leaving.

Yes it should.
As soon as you leave the country, you're original time should stop, and as soon as you return it should start over again.
