How can I get a US tourist visit visa ASAP?, like in two to three weeks?

i need to meet some friends in chicago for thanksgiving, and I'm in the UK now....

If you have a machine-readable passport, and you're a UK citizen, you don't need a visa to enter the U. S., as long as you don't intend to stay for more than 90 days.
