you have to delete them manually to make sure that they are gone
go to documents and settings >local >temprary files then CTRL+A then SHIFT +DEL this will delete them or you can use disk clean up then check temporary files check box and then clean it up

You can also click start, then run. In the run box type "%temp%" (of course without the quotes). This should list all the temp files on your computer. You can check which ones you would like to delete.

when u visit internet site these files automatically add in ur user database
to delete from user account
goto start---run---type %temp%
and delete all files make sure no other program is running if u cant delete some file leave it

You would lose any log-in details from any websites for instance but you can just re-log in again, plus any passwords would have to be typed in again etc etc.
Go to Tools>>Internet Options>>Delete Files. It's worth deleting Cookies too.
I do mine every day.

You will have no problem deleting tempory files from your PC from where ever they are.
