In what kind of world does a so called Taj Aldin al Hilai live?

This guy is supposed to be a prominent Muslim leader in Australia and he says that women who do not wear veil incite men to be rapists. Now, if not wearing the veil is an invitation to rape, men must have turned gay because all women walk around without it.

Just forget about that stupıd man. look I am turkish and a muslim but none of the ladies in my family wears vails or none of the men in my family rape other ladies in the street. I lıve in a well civilized muslim country with the same rights as men. Every religon has its stupid radikals with stupid thoughts. If he is so much of a muslim himself then why is he living in Australia but not at his own muslim country where probably ladies wear veils. He is just using religon to get money out of it and unfortunately there are many uneducated people around manupilated with this religon stuff.Religon or blief should be inside the heart not out in the streets symbolised by veils or beards or etc.
