Try http://www.environmentjob.co.uk or you could also have a look on the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment website - http://www.iema.net for jobs in the waste industry.
Alternatively try sending your CV to a company like Viridor, Veolia or Shanks Waste Solutions.
You'll need to have a few years relevent experience if you want to enter at consultancy or management level though.

Try veolia just type it in the search engine it should bring them up they are huge and they have offices everywhere.
