I want good health for my parents especially for my father who is a heart patient, gastric patient and got tuberculous infection on his right ankle and eye infection as well and anxiety problem also. He has sleepless nights.

It will be an excellent birthday and is a turning point in your carreer. Your father will be alright if he follows Pranayam daily twice starting from 1 minute and increasing the same to 30 minutes in increments of 1 minute daily. It has to be performed with empty stomach. Test the sugar level and BP level.
