Does Salt or Freshwater hold more Oxygen?

Fresh, of course, heh, after the other 3 answers, the salt content in the ocean takes up space that could can hold oxygen. Running fresh water has even more oxygen that still water, because the Oxygen is mixed in by mechanical means.
