Do you know the differences between northern and southern italians?

I want to ask you.. do you know about the differences beetween northern and southern italians (not just physical, but the way of talking, living, politics, values, respect of rules and so on) or you consider them all the same?

Tell me pleaz, i'm curios! ;)

I think that those of the north have customs but clean that is to say, they are a little but calm and but cultured that those of the south. I am not saying that those of the south are savages but that good since everything are races a little but civilized that others.

What exactly is the difference between Southern and Northern Americans? You'll find a lot of similarities (down to a civil war between North and South which is still cause for resentment, if you consider Southern brigandage as resistance against an invading army). The stereotype goes like this: in the North, people are pragmatic, introverted, agnostic workaholics. In the South, people are religious, extroverted funsters with a high sense of honour, whatever that means.

Ithink the northern Italy is close to the other European nation that people got a chance to speak Germany ,Swiss and French beyond their language and it is industrious while the southern one not.
