In most cases you can't access free web-based email accounts with Outlook Express.

For example you need to subscribe to a premium version of Yahoo to use Outlook Express

Since you don't say who hosts your other email accounts I can't say if it possible with them.

You can't. The free accounts from Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. do not support POP3 or IMAP4. That's limited to paying customers only.

You can do it in yahoo and hotmail, but only if you pay up for their premium service.

If you have a Gmail account, you can do it for free, and it tells you how on their Help pages

Go to tools, accounts, and click add. However, you gonna need to know the incoming and outgoing mail servers to set it up.

u have to configure ur email accounts, go into ur service area in my accounts... and click on ur email config settings
