KK, it might not just be the talented person who loses out.

What i've found is success in life comes from hard work and not talent alone. A person can be the next Einstein, but if he doesn't put in the hours to make a difference and to let people know who he is and what he can do, he'll go unnoticed.

nope. if every talented person got all the breaks he or she needed to make it big, you would have 40 million hacks on stage trying to get you to buy their cd or go see their movie.

the more rare an item or talent, the more we appreciate it.

plus. some talented people do not wish to pursue their talent into a career.
I play 8 different instruments. but i dont want to do it for a living.

Yes it is unfair if a talented person does not get the break and instead another person who is less talented but has the power, money or say gets the chance.
But, then you see, a talented person gets either what he/she is destined to get or what he/she grabs for him/herself.
"Knock , knock...hey talented one i am your opportunity. Gosh, why don't you recognise me. Well, i can't stop here if you don't open the door. Got to be moving. Byyyyeeee!"

that depends on what you see as "talent". You could see a person dancing and think, "wow" and I could see the same person and thing "idiot"...eye of the beholder. Some people don't allow them to be seen and heard as much as they should. They need to realize they are in a sea of people who think of themselves as talented and special. They need to step up and show why and how they are special.
