I don't think that I would run more than every other day. You can ride a bike on the other days but I don't think your body will react well to all of that pounding every day. Try incorporating some weight training in. Unlike cardio, when the calorie burn stops when you do, weight training will continue to burn even when you are at rest. The pumped muscle burns at a higher rate. It doesn't have to be weights, try ab work or push ups, anything to pump the muscle.
