Yes I have the same problem as you, mine usually goes off when I am watching ftn, and Colin Fry or Most Haunted are on, Do you think they are trying to tell me something ? By the way, I live in Scotland.

I have been disappointed with the freeview box as a lot of the programmes you mentioned either do not appear or break up, i am in the process of having a new cable fitted and possibly a new aerial as the copper connections tend to deteriorate after a number of years in my case 17 years.

I have that problem at my caravan. If it rains, or the wind is strong, we lose some channels. It's mostly got to do with your aerial, rather than the box. Because it's digital tv it needs a stronger signal, therefore if something affects your aerial, it will screw up your picture, and you may lose it all together. I've even had the problem of walking up and down my caravan and losing picture quality or sound! hmmm.... maybe that says something about my weight...

The signal varies from place to place. Where I live we had to have an extended aerial fitted and my signal is normally ok but sometimes freezes and I don't have the extra BBC channels. My boyfriend can't pick up any BBC or five channels where he is.

I live in West Yorks too, and that's happened to me when there's high or low pressure, but not necessarily rain. At the moment none of my channels have any info, ie start and finish times, summaries, etc, and it's very annoying!!

I had that problem, but then went with Telewest 3 for £30, internet 2MG, box with 30+ channels and telephone. Best switch ever.

i've got responded this question some circumstances. at modern-day the digital sign is working at approximately 40% potential and is effected via detrimental climatic situations. using fact the swap over from analogue turns into greater popular, the sign would be boosted to finished ability, this ought to boost the reception high quality and continuity for each physique.
