I've set it up and I just can't get an image on my screen...does anyone know what I'm doing wrong...It's doing my head in!!!

look in start, all programs and find the company name that made the cam, click on it.and then click on something like quick capture or ccapture.or it could be in the bottom right tray.try finding it and try not to get frustrated.

First make sure that pc is plug and play and if not install it manualy using help support.
