actually it's 12% now and they make up 70% of the crime rate, but it's not race it's economics. You take away a mans hope of making a living he will find other ways and those ways might not be legal

Historically blacks have been kept down by whites in America. Up until 50 60 years ago they couldnt share a drinking fountain.
They live in ghettos, have no fathers, have promiscuous mothers, aspire to be like the gangsta rappers they see on tv and have the big house and the fast cars. They think I can sell drugs to get that and they go to jail from an early age and its a horrid cycle of crime that repeats itself from generation to generation.
