Not by manufactures. there is the Dodge’s V-10 Tomahawk Bike but is just a concept, and some private parties love to put v-8 engines on bikes.

if it can be thought about, its probably been done. As I have seen, you know about the chevy V8 powered Boss hoss, and the Dodge V10 powered motorcycle. How about the jetbike, powered by the engine of an attack helicopter. blasting off by a turbine engine. Over 300 horses, and does over 200mph. Jay leno had one on TV once, powered it up; the sound of that turbine was awesome. Ive even seen bikes powered by multiple engines/drives.

No, the bikes available now only go up to about 2000cc - and that's a cruiser from Kawasaki (Valkyrie, I think).

Sportbikes are at 1359cc right now (the Ninja ZX-14) and 1299 (the Suzuki GSX-1300R "Hayabusa").

The most common big cruiser out now is an 1800cc - but they're starting to come out in cubic inches - so an 1800cc equates to approx. 109 in. - like in the ultra bad a55 Yamaha Star M-109R

probably not. I think one of the largest engines on a motorbike is the GSXR 1300, which is around 1300cc.
