Marc Bulger of the St. Louie Rams. He has an all-pro arm and should pick apart the SD secondary. As long as the Rams O-line gives him time, he should easily throw for over 300 yards.

Rivers has only had a couple good games. I would start Bulger over him every time.

Rivers. Rams have one of the worst pass defenses, and for the last couple of weeks, Rivers has been the second highest scoring QB behind only McNabb.
