Just relax and enjoy all the wonderful changes your body is experiencing. Surround yourself with things you think are beautiful and people that are kind to you. Avoid as much stress as you can. Pamper yourself. Don't deny youself anything - just practice moderation if you cravings get out of control!

Relax, relax, relax and enjoy this very special time in your life. When the baby comes, you will be too busy to think of yourself much so take as much, so pamper yourself now. Enjoy that big, round belly and touch it often. Enjoy every kick you feel - you'll miss it when it's all over.

Every mother will have had different experiences, likes & dislikes, no two pregnancies will ever be the same so info from one woman or 100 women will be different to yours.
I had a craving for mayonnaise, I ate it with everything even ice-cream, can't even handle the smell of it now though other women have cravings for coal or earth it all depends on the individual.

Try not to let your nerves eat you up, you should be happy at this time daydreaming about when the baby is here not panicking about it because you will cope and you'll cope well, we all do

listen to your doctors/ health care persons advice; continue to do anything you normally do while you feel comfortable with the activity; eat a healthy diet- DONT **eat for 2**; continue to get some moderate excercise; get enough sleep at night;
give up smoking if you are a smoker ; also alcohol - though a small glass now & again is usually OK
maybe treat yourself to a "pregnancy massage" ( helped my daughter)
however - NO-ONE can tell you just how things will be for you as every experience is different from start to finish
as your pregnancy progresses you may start to tire easily - so rest when you can
towards the last couple of months attend birthing classes with your partner if htey are available in your area- this way you also get to meet other prospective parents
most importantly
ENJOY the experience- do include your partner in doctors visits & have him put his hand on your stomach to feel the movements once they start to become apparent

mom of three here and for my first one i walked several times a week and i only gained 30 lbs i watched what i ate and i had an easy delivery 8 hours from start to finish, I also started excersising one week after she was born and i was back in my pre-pregnancy clothes in no time! for the second one i didnt do any of those things and i gained 50 lbs and although it was just 8 hours again start to finish it was harder. I had to push so hard i burst all the blood vessels in my back. it looked like one massive bruise.
my third one i gained barely 20 lbs it was a very stressful time for me not much money or food and he was my smallest baby and he has a form of autism, even tho he was the smallest he hurt the most.
so eat right, and stay active and if you dont do lamaze i counted when i had the labor pains when i felt the strong one coming id start concentrating on counting, it really helped me.
congrats on your impending birth!!

Eat right and exercise during your pregnancy. Labor isnt really that bad..and dont let anyone talk you out of pain relief. I had an easy pregnancy. No complications no morning sickness NOTHING..then labor was a different story..got to 6 cm's and go rushed in for an emergency c-section..every pregnancy is different..just enjoy it while it last

Remember to be active. Walking daily will really help you in the delivery! I wish I would have listened to that one! i always try not to give to much advise cause ever pregnancy is completely different but the only thing I have found to be universal is WALKING!! Keep walking. Its pays off in the delivery room! Congrats and good luck!

AmberK is right. Walk, walk, walk!

Also, my greatest advice to those who always ask what exactly childbirth is like, I tell them:

Childbirth is EXACTLY like S__ting a football!
