Age of Empires II senario question.?

I'm creating a senario, but i can't figure out how to get fish, stone, gold, or stone into the terrain. I've checked under Gaia and i found all kinds of animals, but I can't find any fish or minerals. Any ideas?

It should be in the Others tab, not Units, at least for gold and stone.

It's been a while since I played AoE2 myself, so I'm rusty on some things, but I've built entire campaigns before. If only I wasn't too lazy to start it up...
