well, I don't live in states, but I visit a lot . The things is its better to be creative than to buy. If your hair is straight curl, if your hair is curled, straght it up! The perfect dress for a prom is a silverish and glitter style so everyone can notice you! its also nice to put a tiara and and some glitters to shimmer you up! Oh and lessen the jewelry, cause if a guy kisses you, it might the most horrible night of your life!
