Is there as single web page that charts top hits (song) in many countries?

The US have billboard right. To some extent, it displays music from the Latin world. You can perhaps view charts from other countries but you have to pay. MTV can, but only from selected countries, and only the current hits which also include the US music popular in their country. I want the music released originally from that country, whether or not it is written in their native language. What matters is, it comes from there. Thanks
