Which do you prefer and why.

I prefer to drive. I feel I have more control. The thing I hate the most about flying is landing.

I used to drive all the time to my holiday spot which is like 16 hours away! I always thaught it was a better option until last year when I flew there & rented a car over there. Now I cant say that I'll ever drive there again even though it might cost a little less to drive. Flying saves me like 14 hours! plus I dont have to worry about getting stuck in the middle of nowhere. Dont forget the mileage on your car!

I would say drive to because its more unlikely that you would have an accident because if you were flying it would be a 50 50 percent that it would be like nine elven. If your scared of heights like I am you should definitely stay on the ground.

I love flying. I especially love the take off and landing parts. Feels like I'm at an amusement park or something.

It depends upon how far the destination is. More than a 12 hour drive, then flying is my choice.

And I would agree with that, but the prospect of driving 500 or 3000 miles chills my guts, so i take the plane

flying...I was a lot of vacation time driving, also if you have kids driving is not the way to go....flying, fast, cheap, and you save a few extra vacation days to vacation rather than travel.
