Yup that sounds like its definately still motion sickness, it happened to me the same after I went on a boat cruise for a few days, dont worry it should gradually get better over the next few days!

It's not delayed motion sickness but it may be a middle or inner ear infection. Try some Meclizine and see if it helps. That's probably what the doctor would give you for the dizziness. However, if you still feel bad, see your doctor.

Go and see your GP
It may be an ear infection or something called labyrinthitis-that`s where inflamation in the chambers of your middle and inner ear can cause nausea and a motion-sickness-like dizziness.
Get it checked out, better safe than sorry.

Have you had your ears checked lately. There is something called Mal desembarkment ( please excuse the spelling it is wrong) and its when you get off a boat and still feel like you are on it.
It has to do with the labyrinth of your ears. If you go to an ENT he or she can tell you more about it.
Try taking some medication for nausea you will feel much better.

you dont give your age but just to be on the safe side get your blood pressure checked, other than this you may have contracted an infection of the inner ear, either way go see your doctor, best of luck.

It could be something as simple as an ear infection, which could affect your balance. See if Asprin helps, as this is a mild anti-inflamatory.
