I loved Ma and Pa Kettle as a child. My father always claimed he was trying to emulate Pa. The series must have been one of the first spin offs. Ma and Pa were the neighbours of Fred MacMurray and Claudette Colbert in 'The Egg and I' which was the story of a city couple trying to run a poultry farm (did it inspire Green Acres?) The Kettles were so popular that they got their own series of 10 movies

I must be old because i remember watching the Little rascals when I was like 8. My favorite was Alfalfa. I also remember watching Ma and PA Kettle. No stereotyping of Southern Hillfolk there!!!!

I remember both - but only vaguely. My children love the Little Rascals movie that came out in either the 90s or early 2000s!

I recall watching several of the Kettle movies as well as little rascal film clips. I believe they were created sometime around 1930's - 1940's

I remember both. When I was little, I enjoyed watching their antics. I think Paw was the laziest sly man I'd ever seen at the time.
