A person under the influence will speak the truth, they can't comprehend a lie ..A drunk mans words is a sober mans thoughts

depends on the person.
i certainly do. because people dont just out of the blue say things they dont mean all because they are drunk. Alcohol doesnt make you lie, infact, you drop your inhibitions and you let your guard down and your more likely to be over honest. when people have outbursts or say mean things under the influence of alcohol, they are just blurting out whats really on there hearts. people dont just say stuff and not mean it. out of the abundance of there hearts, whats been harboring inside them, they will speak.
as far as drugs go, im not sure, ive never had much to do with them, and not really been told nasty things by anyone on drugs so i dont know. but alcohol... yep. i take it seriously.

depends....drugs and alcohol make people lose inhibitions and sometimes that can lead to them telling you what they are really thinking. But when it comes to fighting and anger, a lot of stuff can be said that the person didn't mean.

being decrease than the effect does deliver out many real emotions. i dont have self belief that actuality that he dosent bear in recommendations the conversations by way of fact anybody which you communicate with has some thought of what befell while they have been drunk. yet maximum people who drink, while there drunk then they use that as an excuse to tell there real emotions. era.

It depends who are they comming from,, if they are comming from friend and when he is sobber he apolygize then I dont care,, when they come from some one I dont know then I think that I will not take it thats disrespectfull to me,,, I think that or when a friend says something bad when they are drunk then they better apolygized good because friends should never treat a friend bad!!

I do, being drunk is no excuse to say hurtful things, I also believe that when people are drunk, a lot of times the "truth" comes out.
