I love grapefruit but it causes high blood pressure

I like both, but pineapple because it is more versatile.
Fresh chunks, canned slices or a refreshing beverage.
My Mom used to stick them to a baked holiday ham and put little marachino cherries in the center.
I can't say I liked that dish but it was pretty.
