First are you old enough and responsable enough to handle a child? Do you have a means to support your child? Who will look after it while you are at work ? These are just a few questions you need to ask yourself. Talk to your mother and freinds .
Sex is easy , a man puts his penis into a womans vagina and pumps untill he shots sperm into her . If it is the right time then the woman will get prenant and have a baby.

1) Too young
2) Not responsible enough to:
a) Raise A child
b) Financial Able to raise a child
c) Afford a suitable household for a child

Considering that they teach sex education in school as early as 5th grade these days, I'd say you are way too young to be asking this question. Wait till 5th grade and all your questions will be answered. LOL

Ask your parents ... after you age a bit. My kids all learned in like the 5th grade as they teach that in school ... EVERY SCHOOL. So you'd be like 11 years old?
Grow up a bit first then ... ask your parents.
