There is a lovely website that sells exotic fruits that you can grow in the UK, they have a gift page you could try them www.victoriana.ws/cat.asp?, or there is another website called www.junglegardens.co.uk they also sell exotic hardy plants that your boyfriend may not have got. If these are no use try putting exotic garden gifts into the search engine of yahoo you may get some good sites. If you cannot get onto the internet go to you best nearest garden centre and see if they can suggest anything he may like.

Hope you find something special, its nice you are putting so much thought into it.
good luck xx

i'd suggest a surprise picnic so you both appreciate and enjoy his efforts with the garden; and a pair of garden hats for you both to wear on the occasion, and when you take to the garden together everytime thereafter! he'll remember that for the longest of time i guess. best wishes. i love plants too.

(while you get to show your interest, support, and wonder, it may be better to first leave the developing of the garden to him.. you can learn a lot from him, and about him too, in the process. ask him to tell you about his exotic plants, other how to's of gardening, etc.)

How about a nice sun lounger or a hammock complete with a frame, so he can sit, or lie back and admire his work .Presuming he can have some time off from weeding and pruning dead heading etc ect. Hope you succeed, good luck .

A sexy pair of undies !! If he loves his garden stuff, let him be the one to pick it out. Only he knows what he truly wants with that hobby.
