Go through the whole process. It will let others know you are very serious about the situation. First document everything in order as it happened. The witness that you have, have him/her write their own side and document it as well and you take a copy.
Go to your HR and leave them a copy of yours and witness documentation and leave a cover letter that you want a response to this within 2 days (48 hours) or you will seek legal councell.
Don't let them intimidate you follow through and if needed seek legal aid if it is not affordable for a lawyer. Also be sure you have your documents from contacting Ministry of Labour. You should contact the Ministry and ask for you copies that were reported to them when you contacted them and let them know that they were of no help and that you are contacting representation. If you find fault with the Ministry not standing up for your rights you hhave every right to go after them with the lawyer as well. The Labour board is suppose to be your support system. Don't let them bully you.

If HR is with the 2 boss. And already complained to the ministry of labor and human rights commission. You better follow through. Present your evidence. And start looking for a new job. One way or another they will find a way to get rid of you. Actually you should have looked for a job first before reporting. There are a lot of ways HR can make sure you will be unemployed.

You have already answered your own question. You have proof and you need to use it. The power people have over other people is fear. You boss thinks you are too afraid to say anything. I know for a fact that there are other jobs out there and you could find them. Make a big fuss about what your boss is doing. He needs to be fired. The only way you can have him punished is to bring the evidence against him. If HR doesn't help, go above their heads. Never allow anyone to make you feel afraid and uncomfortable. You need to turn this around on him so so knows what it feels like. Good luck and GOD bless

Hello,
I am sorry for your situation. Yes I agree with you that in most of the companies, HR dept will not give damn care about employees when the matter comes regarding Boss, or Managers tough its not usual practice in every company. Well in my opinion if u have solid evidence, then no law can stop you complaining about what happened. Of-course You may go to Labor Dept or Police dept depends on the harassment. You can search on google for right resources where you have to go and what your country law say about it ( you can search with "harassment in office+Country you are in now" string in google).
But I am sure you will get justice. God is there to help you.
All the best and Cheers.

Im going thru a similiar problem, You say you have evidence and witnesses. i would tell you to keep up the pressure seek legal advice and see where you stand, If it goes to court you might get a out of court settlement, your boss wont want to put his career in any danger and he will hope you give up and go away, so call his bluff and keep going. there is too much of this kind of stuff going on the more people who stand up makes it more difficult to get away with....In other words if you got the bottle fight back, you'll be looking for another job anyway so why let him get away with it..????

It depends on how much you want to fight this - you can get an attorney and take them to court. But then would you still want to work for them?
I personally have a strong personality and have called some people on the carpet on this but I have also quit a job because I just did not want to fight the issue.

Can you give some more details? I tried looking at your previous questions, but I don't see any details as to how he's harassing you or anything. Some information might help.

Start looking for a new job but also to go the police. Go to a prosecutor if you have to.
