England is slightly more Nordic than France (which is more Mediterranean). So, England would be bluer and blonder.

yes i would say england has a slightly higher percent of blondes and one would think that the blondes started in the north and east of the UK but they must have spread by now as we have some in the south west. Most french people are black hair.
