I am married with a 4 years old son.I am 35 and would want to get another baby.I have not been on any contraceptives for last 4 years and I want to conceive faster.what should i do?

Ruth, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

If you have already had several children of one sex, and now want a child of a particular sex, whether it be a boy or girl, and the idea of actually having a child of Your Gender Choice excites you...then Yes, it CAN be a reality! Well here is what I did I had sex everyday for about 3 weeks and I got pregnant on the first try all 3 times! lol good luck! Oh I don't bother with that tracking your CM and charting and all that. You cannot predict when you ovulate even with test's they just say you have a surge.

Consult any well qualified gynae doctor. She will examine u properly and tell u specific days in your menstrual month on which u can concieve soon. U have to consult doctor for 3-4 months. I think u will get solution.

Hire some blue movies durng your fertile period. go at it hammer and tongs. Stay in bed for at least an hour after sex. one week before youexpect your period, do not let him touch you. Hopefully by then you should both be worn out. Most of all relax

Don't try..worked for me.lol Contact your doctor, their are a number of ways you can increase your chances of getting pregnant. Some of them are fairly cheap. Good luck.
