I'm sat here at my desk, doing nothing particularly strenuous. My T-Shirt is freshly laundered; I applied a good coating of roll-on deodorant this morning, my left armpit smells of fragrant meadows, my right stinks like a meat pie. Recently this has become a regular occurrence, why?

Is it steak & kidney or chicken?

Oh! by the way, it would have been a good idea to have had a wash before putting the deodorant on.

Simplest explanation is that your right arm spent most of the day next to your torso, while your left arm did not. With your right arm pressed up against the right side of your body in the position you were sitting in, you were warming and suffocating the skin cells around your right armpit. As a natural response, your body cools itself and prevents harmful chafing to your skin by producing sweat.

The sweat does a few things. By secreting water on your skin, it allows your body to cool as the water evaporates. It also provides a natural boundary layer between your clothing and skin or skin and skin, so that oxygen can reach your skin, or at the very least the area stays lubricated and doesn't chafe as much. Lastly, the odor that comes from sweating is produced by bacteria near the skin. These bacteria, in the end, are harmless, but their odor is a signal to let you know there's something going on that you should take notice of.

Deodorant or antiperspirant are good ways to prevent sweating and bacterial odor, but remember to try not to over apply them to your skin, as doing so can also suffocate the skin and cause damage.

I certainly have that issue too. It helps to trim the armpit hair down using fact it keeps the pit cooler and reduces the quantity of sweat. hence there are much less micro organism feasting on the sweat farting on your armpit. Technically its no longer stated as farting, yet it extremely is fairly what they're doing. If that would not artwork do on your well-being care expert and that they might provide you a prescription for greater useful types. as quickly as you end puberty (assuming you're that youthful) the heady scent will shrink somewhat. It additionally does no longer injury to avert eating garlic, and dropping some weight.

Better to use a spray-on,the roll-ons are often inhibitors of sweat while the spray-ons are true deodorants. The roll-ons can block the pores and cause problems with fungi.
The other possibility is to stop using these things and wash more often. The real fresh smell of people can be attractive .

Your are dying. Sorry to be so blunt about it but studies have proven that people who mention these thing eventually die.
I suggest that you try to slow the process down by drinking copious amounts of alcohol. Eventually your armpits will smell the same and you will be stabilised. Death will arrive many years later.

Hope this helps.

Armpits, groin, the anal area and pubic area all have apochrine glands underneath and these glands secrete that substance that when mixed with oxygen and dries up it creates a musky smell. but its more of the bacteria thriving on it that worsens the smell.

your right armpit has more active apochrine glands.

Maybe it is just smelling of something that the deo can't cover. I recently discovered that the stuff behind my right ear smells and the stuff behind my left ear doesn't, how rare!
