Yeah, the best, and easiest way, is to download the largest you can find (usually 1280x 1024), and then stretch it to whatever size you need it to be.

use the "stretch" option in the display settings > wallpapers or desktop by right-clicking on the desktop.

if not, you have to find a photo editing program which can resize the wallpaper proportionately, example, paintshop.
