i doubt it - i have no idea what region/country i am registered in - i do know that it is not the same one as my email address is registered in and have no idea how that happened

There isn't any way to link Y!A users to their Y!A profiles, unless they have a 360 link in their Y!A profile. Even then, it might not be known. This site is fairly anonymous. What you want to do is not possible, sorry.
