How about green and gold. An olive green near the lashes, brown in the crease and gold on the brow. Play with it. You'll see that the colors green and gold show up your brown eyes really well. Or another color that's nice on brown eyes is purple, violet or mauve. It looks really good on brown eyes.

Well you are in luck having big brown eyes, they are the best shade for all eyeshadow colors. I don't think that multiple combinations are always necessary. I feel that what makes a look more modern is the intensity of the shade, and the color itself. But I do think it's important to have a pale color under the brow bone, like white or pale pink. I think a good start for your eye color shade would be a nice purple. Depending on the hue, like lilac, you can create a soft, sweet innocent effect or for a great vixen look go for the plums or deeper purples. Another suggestion to spruce up your current brown shadow is to put a shimmer color over it, like gold. Some of the funkiest looks now are really outrageous blues and pinks, the more electric the better, but these need to be worked up to. I would also try greys and greens. They are earth tones that can be used softly or more deep. If you know how to do a smokey eye, or have ever wanted to do one, these are the shades that are most current in fashion. Also you can skip the brown shadow you have, put the white shimmer all over your lid and then use black liquid liner over it. Use lots of mascara, peach/pink blush and red lips to finish. I would check online for more inspiration. I like maccosmetics.com or nars.com. You don't have to go as intense but they do provide step by step instructions. Good luck!

Try a trio. Use a white or light tan color to cover from right under the brow down over the lid. This will help excentuate the other colors. Then use a dark color in the crease of your eye. On the lower lid use a lighter shade of the dark color. You can go to marykay.com and give yourself a virtural makeover and see some colors that would be good for you.

Pink and brown= Pink on the lid and brown in the crease, use a tan for under your brow. Make sure you don't overdo it with the brown or you will look goth or something... keep it light. Don't use the wand that comes with the makeup always use brushes. The Pink will make a big difference.

Aww pretty! I would love to have big brown eyes!
Make sure you NEVER, line the inside of your eyes. It will make them look a lot smaller, and you need to show them off!
Here is a guide to make you look great:
1. Powder over your eyes, so the makeup stays
2. Add a plum, emerald, blue-gray or grey shadow. Don't overdo it though please!!
3. Now go crazy with mascara!! Make sure you use a lengthening mascara, so it draws attention to your eyes!
4. On a night out, why not add some glitter to your eyeshadow or use a coloured mascara!
If you want to look radient, then just add red lipstick with no eyeshadow and add lots of mascara!
Happy to Help!

it depends on what you are wearing...i like to use a quad of blue so the darkest is like a top liner..then the medium is all over and the littest is the crease and then the plain white shimmer is the rest to the eye brow other wise brown is a good color and just put some gold in it i get my products from mary kay and avon

I like Revlon makeup duos. I think that if you are going for a bold look, try a deep green, or a teal liner. It will make your brown eyes pop. If you want something a little more natural, I would suggest the cream/cocoa shade combination. That is what I use.

You could try a champagne color and a deep plum color. Or a pretty light pink with a green-blue. light red and violet go good together too. And you could do just one color all over lid to crease for a bold look.

light pink, purple, sky blue, and don't forget the eyeliner. Steps= apply the pink eyeshadow on the eyelid, then apply purple over it gently but still leave some pink( don't cover all) then just at the top of your eyelid, apply a light streak of blue on top of the other colors at the very top just where the colors stop. and last, use eyeliner.
