Every emotion gives you a direction, but it's not obligatory to follow that direction. Of course you feel hurt, angered, jealous and sad at the same time and this is a way of telling you that you are not over him yet. Sad though that may be, those feelings will become less and less with time and some day soon you'll be able to cope with it, and maybe even feel happy for him. Right now that's not a lot of help of course, but things *will* be better in the future.

There's no right or wrong answer, but I think it would be common to feel confused and a little (or a lot) jealous. Did you initiate the break-up? Maybe you're experiencing a little anxiety about having done the right thing. Did he initiate it? Feelings would be even stronger then. Either way, it's okay to feel grief over the loss of the relationship, since seeing him with another girl brings it home to you that it's over between you.

If you still have a crush on him, then why the breakup? anyway, feeling a pinch or jab in our heart is natural. Perhaps, you have to move on now, if you could not do anything about your feelings for him.

you're supposed to feel exactly what you feel. you have an understanding of yourself when you admit to still having feelings for him and you probably felt terrible. that means you know yourself and that's a good first step in stepping away from him

feeling sad and kind of betrayed means you are a normal person. live the experience and then let go. you are not "supposed" to feel something in particular. whatever will be will be..and don't worry, it will pass..

Jealousy would be one natural feeling. Hurt, anger, sadness are all acceptable alternatives.

However you feel.

That's how you are supposed to feel. No one else can tell us HOW to feel or that those feelings are WRONG.

BTW, you WILL get over it in time. Good luck.

Obviousley you have not moved on if you are jealous, you are no longer together so what does it matter who he is with?......you should be the bigger person and wish him all the luck goodbye.
