Its My first wedding anniversary . I desperately need ideas for a gift.. Traditionally its supposed to be paper..Any ideas?

Flight tickets to a romantic destination perhaps....
Choose a package holiday from a romantic weekend break through to a second honeymoon.

For our first wedding anniversary I got my husband a signed first edition copy of his favorite book. He got me a pearl bracelet wrapped in a paper box that he handmade for me. I believe pearl is the stone for first anniversaries.
I like the ticket idea too. How about sports tickets or tickets to a concert. You could plan a romantic night focused around paper. Get a (paper) gift certificate to a restaurant, tickets to a show, and a homemade coupon good for one massage.

If you want to stick to tradition an idea is have a few special photos (like your wedding picture and a few others that mean something to you both) blown up into collage and have it framed.
