Do they go out the back door everytime, or do they have some way of shutting those front sliding doors?

They can lock the sliding door when they get out at the bus depot.

They're never allowed to exit through the sliding doors. They go out the other side.

depending on the style of doors, there is a jimmyjacker they use to make the door free swinging. Once out they close it back and use the jimmyjacker to lock the door.

they actually run through the bi-fold doors before it closes, thats an easy way to lose a limb.
