they guess by looking what Celebs are wearing and then make you feel like it's already fashionable and you didn't know. They forecast nothing unless they see someone famous wearing it.

Just wear what you want to wear, You can start your own fashion just by wearing anything unusual e.g. make a jacket out of a pair of jeans or wear a cardi as leggings and team up with leg warmers of a clashing colour, hit the town on a weekend when everyones drunk and hey, by next season guess what everyone will be wearing? Thats my Fashion Forecast done.

actually for me there is no such thing as fashion forecasting.the way we dress should not be dictated by a magazine article but rather dictated by our personality or personal style. but to be strict with the word fashion forecasting, it is predicting what will be "in" fashion in terms of color, texture, style and cut. in terms of color, it becomes fashionable again after 7 years, they say that is the life cycle of color in fashion. and in terms of style and cut, it becomes fashionable again after 20 years. but then again, fashion is unpredictable so there is no such thing as fashion forecasting.

Im sorry I dont know exactly what it is but it sounds like a bunch of so called fashion retailers getting together and saying things like, Now what kind of rubbish can we sell to these fashion victims, lets get a load of stuff and sew a name on them and sell them for ten times what they cost to make.
