I need to replace a portion of my mobile home skirting.The panels are loose and the bottom track sits to low.?

How can the panels be firmmed up so they fit tightly and won't be blown out by wind? Thanks

Add dirt or pieces of brick to the low spots, you can screw the upper halfs to the home itself to keep them tight, as for keeping it from blowing out due to wind, you would have to go behind them and build a frame then screw them to the frame from the outside
