um... i'm not 100% yet... but i feel like i am falling in love with my best friend! can this happen? and if so...is there any chance something like that could ever work out?

details: he and i met over the net and we have been pen pals for almost a year now... we talk openly about our lives and problems and we've been helping each other "get thru the bumps in the road" so to speak...

anyway, up till recently the only communicatino we have had has been via email, online chat or text messages. but about a week ago, we started talking on the phone and we can actually hear one another's voice, which is a first for both of us. ever since the first time i heard his voice, i can't stop thinking about him and lately i have been having some dreams (in which he and i are either kissing [passionately or romantically], cuddling, hanging out or making love). i have never seen dreams like this before, regarding anybody else. what do these dreams mean? do u reckon this means i am in love?

Don't feel bad that you're falling inlove with yoour best friend that you met on the net. But yes, from the way you've described it, you are definitely head over heels inlove. But be careful. Long distance relationships are to be carefully nurtured until the two hearts are reunited once more. Your heart is inlove, but is your head?

First of all you need to know that there is no such thing as friendship between a boy and a girl. Somehow one of them starts to feel differently for the other... Secondly, the dreams that you've been having dont necessarily mean that you're in love with him. I mean, have you seen him? No! Maybe is that you need just a boyfriend and not this spesific boy. But you will be the one to decide whether the thing that you feel is love or not. And if you think that you have fallen for him, you had better tell him how you feel! You never know, he may feels the same!...
Hope I helped!

You are infatuated with the idea of being with him. You are falling in love with the idea of being in a romantic relationship with him, but right now all you have is a crush. Talk to him and see how he feels about spending some time in person. After you have (in a public place), and if there are still sparks, consider asking him if he wants to try to have a romantic relationship. You may live far away, so what I would do is continue to talk until you are both 18 and then make plans to meet. See what happens.

And from experience, dating your best friend is a wonderful experience.

Ever watch "You've Got Mail" starring, Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan? I am sure it can happen...

Love has different stages...you are falling for him, that's for sure :)

Someone mentioned previously about online predators, so be aware of that! So in case he wants to meet...make sure an adult knows about it, and that you don't rush into any decision, without talking it over with someone you trust.
But other than that, take it easy, 16 is young, but the feelings are always great to have :)

It means you've fallen in love with the "concept" of this relationship ... until you actually spend some time together it's very hard to define.
I mean ... what if he has a habit of ... picking his nose??? untill you get to actually be with him ... you wouldn't know.
He may have disgusting (he says after mentioning nose picking) foot odor? ... how could you know
What exactly is causeing the "bumps" in his life ... could the bumps be the shallow graves of his past girlfriends (ok so maybe that's a little far fetched ...lol)
Bottom line is ... you guys have to spend some actual time together to find out whether you're suited ..... and .... Good Luck :)

because the questions says 'undesirable' friendship, it obviously exhibits that the friendship became laid on the starting up of dishonesty, hypocrisy, lack of believe or information or any of those issues. even as even the bottom of it wasn't sturdy, and began with a bent frame of mind which became not adequate to keep up it, then the friendship will bring about problems in basic terms. not in basic terms that, all by, the era of this undesirable starting up to the disastrous end might want to were turbulent and finished of problems too.

it's really like what happen to me...but the problem is my friendship ended!! okay, u're really fall in love...and i suggest u try to listen the way his voice talks with u(u cannot meet him rite?)does his voice sounds nervous or is there too much blank with ur conversation??? if so...this means he love u too...but don't be so sure! and u should think what's better??? friendship or soulmate? because most people from this case choose friendship because when they become soulmate...it's gonna be differnt...at last u're regret it! think...is this love or...what???

Be very careful! The way you describe the events sounds like the classic online predator.
