I have masturbated a few times and I know it's normal for a human been. Anyway can masturbation lead to any sexual disorder or disease? How about bad structure or irritation? I'm really serious on my question.

Masturbation for either men or women is not harmful or damaging. It does not lead to any known sexual disorder or disease, unless something carrying disease, bacteria, or viruses is used in the process. If you are using your fingers/hands to masturbate simply be certain to thoroughly wash your hands prior to beginning. It wouldn't be harmful to wash your vaginal area also, but that is very easy to do if you simply masturbate while taking a shower or bath. To avoid irritation, if you are very vigorous while masturbating, use water based lubricant such as KY or similar products. Take your time and enjoy the sensation that masturbation brings to your body. Most of all, realize that almost everyone masturbates to relieve sexual tension. If you want to really have a great time try masturbating with someone you love as part of "making love". It doesn't have to be done by yourself all the time.

MUSTURBATION IS NOT HARMFUL BUT A SERIUS ADDICTION.

Masturbation is the manual excitation of the sexual organs, most often to the point of orgasm. It can refer to excitation either by oneself or by another. It is part of a larger set of activities known as autoeroticism (also. Autoerotic Response), which also includes the use of sex toys and non-genital stimulation. There are also masturbation machines used to simulate intercourse. Masturbation and sexual intercourse are the two most common sexual practices, but they are not mutually exclusive (for example, many people find the sight of their partner masturbating highly erotic). Some people are able to achieve orgasm only through masturbation and not sexual intercourse. In the animal kingdom, masturbation has been observed in many mammalian species, both in the wild and in captivity.

Masturbation is not physically harmful, will not cause diseases or infertility, and is a normal expression of sexuality. Many people masturbate throughout their lifetime without any side effects, other than pleasure. If there is no significant stress in your life (work, school, relationship, family, etc.), and the amount you are masturbating isn't hurting you.
Masturbating frequently presents no physical, mental or emotional risk in itself, but if such a frequency, e.g. several times a day, seems to have a "compulsive" quality to it, it may be that masturbation is being used to relieve either boredom or stress. In either case, as with any "nervous habit" at any age, it is more useful to consider the causes of the boredom or of the stress, rather than try to repress the masturbation itself.

As with other addictions, there are lists of warning signs as to when sexual activity is reducing a person's ability to function well in the real world, or is placing them at risk for example of pursuing illegal or destructive activities. Very frequent and compulsive masturbation can be one of the signs of a sexual addiction, for which professional help may be advisable

Masturbation is healthy. It actually good for you and you should never feel guilty about it. How you do it can have affects. Stay away from object, or lubricants like soap that are not made for sexual activity. Too much activity can cause irritation and some men and women can develope urinary infections from irritation. Use good hygiene and take care of yourself.

Have fun.

Seriously, no it cannot cause disease. If you are using your hand or a toy, make sure it is clean. It can however lead to irritation. Try using KY Touch Warming Massage oil. Works wonders without the irritation.

No. It cannot lead to any sexual disorders or diseases. It's actually very healthy. Also, knowing what you like and don't like and knowing your body can do wonders for your sex life when you decide to have one.

If you are particularly rough on or mistreat yoru equipment you can do some harm however if you use a "sane" method for your self-pleasure you shoudl be fine. There are no diseases (sexually transmitted or otherwise) you can catch from yourself.

So relax and enjoy your pleasures.

nope, if there is no disease (which are caused by bacterias and viruses) then you cant give your self one. totally normal, one of the former surgeon generals recommended it in fact for young people to do over having sex...of course she got fired for suggesting it because some of the religious groups are opposed to such behavior. but there is no actual medical reason not to do it. as long as it does not hurt you have nothing to worry about.

If by sexual diseases you mean STD's then no. STD's are only transmitted through sex. Thus the name "Sexual Trensmitted Diseases" Oh and by the way...who has a 13 year old YOUNGER brother and doesn't know that?

Masturbation is completely harmless, UNLESS, it interferes
with your life.

Some people become alittle obsessive about it, therefore, do not
have the social companionship and relationships necessary.

Life is a balance. As long as what you do is in balance what harm is there??
