Focus on improved health. 90% of the cholesterol in your body is made by your liver! Better liver health should lead to better cholesterol levels. Limit or eliminate processed foods and totally eliminate artifical sweeteners. Increase your dietary fiber by eating more fruits and vegetables and oatmeal has also been proven to help your body trasport extra cholesterol "out." It's not something that will happen over night, so make wellness your new principal and BE a healthy person. All the results will soon follow.

yes--lowsterol is an all-natural product that lowers cholesterol 25% in 90 days. It contains guggul, guar gum and chromium chelate. I felt great after just a couple days of using this product. My father died of a heart attack at 37 so I was interested in taking care of my heart but I won't take statin drugs--they are worse.

My doctor recommended Red Yeast Rice. You can purchase this at any vitamin store. For example GNC, Vitamin World. You can also find a Herbalife distributor to start a health program.

diet and exercise changes. My total cholesterol number is high, but, because I exercise and watch my diet, my HDL is high (good cholesterol) and my LDL is low (bad cholesterol). My doctor is not worried bacuse of this ratio.
There is no magic pill.

Simple, avoid eating meat and animal products. No more cholestorel! We're not designed to eat meat after all, we're naturally vegetarian and our bodies don't cope too well with meat. Hope that helps!

eat low fat foods, chicken breast and turkey breast with out the skin, bake and roast your meats instead of frying, drink fluids, if you fry meats use canola oil or olive oil....[all other oils are not good] veggies and fruits are good, and avoid alot of extra cheese, you can eat some but not alot ..........excerise daily[ even a walk is good]
