I believe that certain American movies and British movies in English should include English subtitles as not everyone can really make out American accented English or British accented English. It is very frustrating when you watch films like Miami Vice and Billy Elliot without English subtitles. What do you think?

Maybe if you go to the movies they aren't subtitled but if you rent them on DVD a lot of them are subtitled or close-captioned.
